Our mission is to offer modern flavor combinations on classic favorites, offering vegan and/or gluten free options as we can. We are known for our fun flavored kolaczki, vegan macarons, cakes for special occasions, and fudge during the holidays -- everything is made in small batches by hand with simple scratch ingredients every time -- no shortcuts! It's 2026 -- long overdue to fill in the gaps for those who've been missing some of the classics they grew up with.
