Order Terms & Conditions
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. All orders are non-refundable. Holiday Orders are defined as orders with an Event Type of "Holiday" listed on the invoice.
For orders $100 or less, as well as all Holiday Orders regardless of the amount due, pre-payment is due in full at time of booking.
For orders exceeding $100, a deposit of 40% is due at booking, and the remainder is due 1 week before scheduled pick-up or delivery. If the remainder is not paid within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date, the order is considered cancelled and the 40% deposit paid will be considered a credit to be used within 1 calendar year of the original scheduled date.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date are eligible for a credit to be used within 1 calendar year of the original scheduled date.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date forfeit the monies paid.
Holiday orders may be cancelled and refunded up until the order cut-off date, after which forfeit the monies paid.
We are not responsible for damages once the dessert(s) leave our hands.
If there an issue with the quality of the received item, 75% of it must be returned within 24 hours for a refund. Transferring your items out of the bakery box(es) to a sealed container will ensure your items stay fresh for as long as possible.
Please note that we strive to ensure the safety of our products but will not be responsible for any and all acts, illnesses or harm that may be directly or indirectly caused by cross contact or alteration of any of our products once they leave our facility. All items are created in a shared kitchen with equipment that is exposed to potential allergens including but not limited to dairy, egg, wheat, soy, peanuts, treenuts, fish, and shellfish.
